How to proceed
Prepare your request
Sign in to the email account associated with your Volyapro account so we can verify your identity.
Send an email
Send your request to admin@volyapro.com with the subject “Data deletion”. Specify the email address of the relevant account.
Receive confirmation
We process your request and send you a confirmation email as soon as your data has been deleted.
Scope
Data covered by the deletion
When you request deletion, all of the following items are permanently erased from our database.
Timing & confirmation
Within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of your request, we proceed to delete all of your data.
A confirmation email is sent to you once the deletion is completed, ensuring full traceability of the procedure.
Only data strictly required by legal obligations (billing, accounting) may be retained beyond that period, in accordance with the applicable legal duration.
