VOLYA Aesthetic Academy operates the training and services platform available at volyapro.com. Our mission is to deliver professional excellence in the aesthetics industry through online training, VIP coaching and personalised support.

This policy transparently describes the personal data processing we carry out as part of the use of our website, our training services, our online payments and the automated Instagram messaging operated through VolyaChat.

  • Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe and Chargily. No banking data (card number, CVV) is stored on our servers.
  • Instagram messaging: through the official Instagram API, we process messages exchanged with our VolyaChat chatbot (username, text content, technical conversation identifiers).
  • Session cookies: temporary technical identifiers to maintain your connection and selected language.
  • VIP bookings: selected slots, session preferences, exchanges related to your individual coaching.

Data retention

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. At any time, you may request the deletion of your account and all related data by writing to admin@volyapro.com.

Some data may be retained beyond that period to comply with legal obligations (billing, accounting), in accordance with the applicable legal duration.
